Who pays
The owner of an account manages billing in Billing. No one else can see it. You can find prices on our pricing page.
People you turn off when they leave don't count toward your plan, and their name stays on the work they did. That way, you don't have to choose between paying for someone who's gone and losing their records.
If a payment fails
The account becomes overdue. Everything keeps working, and the owner can see how many days are left to fix it. If it's still unpaid after that, the account is disabled, and only the owner can sign in, just to get to Billing. When the payment goes through, everything comes back exactly as it was. Nothing is deleted.
What counts toward your plan
Click Account, then click Usage to see this month's usage so far:
- AI in workflows: Used by the Summarize with AI, Let AI decide, and photo-check cards. It resets on the 1st of each month. If you run out, those cards stop working until it resets, and everything else keeps working.
- File storage: Used by Files and by photos taken in workflow steps.
- People, locations, workflows, and identities: Shown for reference.
The AI assistant and the Ask tab in help don't count toward your plan.
How long we keep things
Some things are deleted automatically after a while, so nothing piles up forever. Everything else stays until you delete it.
| What | How long it's kept |
|---|---|
| Chat messages | 90 days from when each one was sent. The conversation itself stays. |
| Company-wide email, in Communication under Mail | 90 days, along with its delivery report and any files you uploaded for it |
| Done tasks and their comments | 90 days from when they were done. Open tasks stay until they're done. |
| Notifications | 90 days |
| Records and photos from a workflow step | As long as the step's Keep for setting says: 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or up to 1 year |
| Webhook delivery log, in Account under Developers | 30 days |
| Invitations that no one accepted | 14 days |
| Voice answer recordings | Until they're turned into text, and never more than a day. The text stays with the answer. |
| Files, people, forms, workflows, and everything else | Until you delete them |
Keep your account secure
In your settings, click Security to change your password and email address, and to turn on two-factor authentication (2FA). With 2FA turned on, you also enter a six-digit code from an app on your phone when you sign in, so a stolen password isn't enough to get into your account.
When you change your email address, Skidle sends a link to the new address. Nothing changes until you open the link.
Manage more than one business
Each account is one business, with its own people and plan. To create another account, open the account menu at the top of the sidebar, then choose New account. You're the owner of the new account. To switch between accounts, use the menu at the top of the sidebar.
