- Who Counts as a Person?
- Everyone who’s turned on in your account. People you’ve turned off and invitations no one has accepted never count, so former staff don’t cost you anything. When you reach your limit, Skidle asks you to add a boost pack before adding someone. Nothing is ever added to your bill without you.
- AI and Voice
- Each month includes an allowance for workflow AI and voice-answer minutes, and each boost pack adds more. If you run out, those steps wait until next month instead of costing extra, so there are no surprises on your bill.
- Locations
- As many as you have, at no extra cost. Open one or close one, and your bill stays the same.
