Notifications
The bell, browser alerts, and phone alerts. Turn off the types you don't want, and the rest stay on.
Skidle lets you know when something needs your attention, like a comment on a task, a mention, a workflow waiting for your answer, a change to your shifts, or a notice about your account.
The bell
The bell at the top of every page shows how many notifications you haven't read. Click it to see the latest ones, or click Notifications to see all of them. Click a notification to go to what it's about.
Delete notifications
In the phone app, swipe a notification left and tap Delete. On the website, hold the pointer over a notification in Notifications and click the trash can, or click Clear all to delete all of them. A deleted notification is removed from all your devices. Anything new about the same thing arrives as a new notification.
Choose what you get
Each account has its own settings. Open the account, click Notifications in the sidebar, then click Manage notifications. The types are comments, mentions, chat messages, things to do, notices, and, where the account uses it, the schedule. Everything is on until you turn it off.
Get alerts when Skidle isn't open
Each browser and phone has its own setting. On a computer, click Manage notifications, then turn on Allow notifications in this browser. If your browser blocks notifications from Skidle, allow them in your browser's site settings first, then come back and turn it on.
On your phone, turn on alerts in the app. See The phone app.
The bell works either way, so turning off alerts doesn't mean you'll miss anything. Your notifications just wait until you look.
