What Save to Dropbox does
Save to Dropbox copies the form that started the workflow to your Dropbox, then moves on right away. Add it to a form's workflow, and every time someone submits that form, a copy is saved to your Dropbox.
First, connect Dropbox. Click Account, click Integrations, click Marketplace, click Dropbox, then click Connect. Skidle can only access its own folder, Apps/Skidle. It can't see anything else in your Dropbox.
Set it up
- Save the form as a PDF, with its photos: Saves one PDF each time the form is submitted, with every answer, and each photo at full size in a folder next to it.
- Add a row to a spreadsheet file (CSV): Adds one row each time the form is submitted, with when it was submitted, who submitted it, which task it was for, and one column for each answer. It opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Start a new CSV file every: A day, a week (starting Monday), a month, or a set length of time, like
75h. A set length is counted from the start of 2026, and each file is named for when its time period starts.
Both are turned on to start. Turn off the one you don't want.
Where the files go

Times are in your account's time zone. If you add a question to a form, its column is added at the end of the CSV.
After it runs
The step saves data.<step id>.folder, data.<step id>.files, and data.<step id>.csv.
The step fails, and the run moves on, if Dropbox isn't connected, if the connection was removed in Dropbox, if your Dropbox is full, or if the workflow didn't start from a form. To do something in that case, add a When way out with data.<step id>.ok = false.
Disconnect Dropbox
Click Account, click Integrations, then click Installed. Click ⋮, then choose Disconnect. Nothing new is saved, and files that were already saved stay in your Dropbox.
